LifeSprings Eldercare, Inc. provides 24 hour staff supervision of its facilities. In addition to its excellent caregivers it has an RN on call to ensure that the needs and comfort of residents are met and that family members can have the peace of mind that they need when they place their loved ones in our care.

All caregivers are certified to provide care to geriatric residents and have received competency letters from the facility’s Delegating Nurse. They are also certified for medication and administration, and CPR and First Aid administration. Caregivers are also in-serviced in: Infection Control and Standard Precaution; Food Safety and Sanitation; Special Needs of Elderly, Emergency Disaster Plans, and Cognitive Impairment and Mental Illness.

24 hour supervision means that there will be caregivers within the facility on all shifts. Awake overnight staff check, change and reposition residents as needed.
